His relevant work includes Antitrust, Commercial and Intellectual Property Disputes, Derivative Claims and Tax Litigation.
His academic background in Foreign Investment and Transactional Law is the cornerstone of his business law practice on topics such as Assets and Stock Acquisitions, Commercial Contracts, Labor and Tax Planning and Regulated Markets.
Among many articles and essays, he is the author of “Distancia a Frontera, the only book published in the Dominican Republic analyzing Foreign Investment from a strategic, legal and industry focused perspective.
Since 2005 he has served as Adjunct Professor of Business Associations, Conflict Resolution, Contracts and Foreign Investment (among others) at Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra. He is also a frequent speaker at law seminars and particularly at the Escuela Nacional de la Judicatura, on topics such as Foreign Investment, Antitrust and Consumer Law.
